Hi, I and my wife are IT professionals having 10 years experience. We have a valid PR and are currently in India. Is it possible for us to find a job in Sydney from India. Last time when I came to Australia in 2007 I found that it was difficult to give interviews outside India. Any help would be appreciated.

Its very difficult to find a job staying outside of Australia.
Unless you know some one inside that company that guarantees about you.
If I were you I prefer to come here and start applying instead of waiting for those kind of opportunities.
Now here in Sydney there are lot of opportunities for programmers.Good Luck,
